They say that in the nameless mountains, ghosts and monsters abound, and the roars of beasts can be heard ten miles away.
Once, a traveler passing through heard eerie winds as if a beast were closing in. He was terrified, certain he was about to die there, when a young man in his early twenties, a sword on his back, emerged from deep in the forest.
"Are there no monsters here?"
The young man spoke in a chilling voice, as if steeped in damp, icy air. "What about me?"
Only later did the traveler learn that the nameless mountains truly were perilous, and that the young man was no monster. He was the greatest swordsman in the land, and the most powerful person in the world.
His name was Liang You.
After Liang You nearly died in a fire, he set out to find a way to prolong his life. For the first time, he left the deep mountains where he had lived for over a decade.
He brought two things down the mountain: a body with little time left, which would be done for if he used his full power, and the black sword that had been with him since childhood.
He had expected the journey to go smoothly, but misfortune clung to him, and one malicious incident followed another.
While everyone else fought for fame, treasures, and the path to immortality, Liang You struggled to survive and wanted only to be an ordinary man who could live freely in the martial world. He never imagined that he would accidentally become the greatest under heaven, dazzling everyone until there was no one who did not know his name.
He should have been enjoying boundless glory, but rumors spread throughout the martial world, branding him a calamity-bringing monster and making him hated by all. Then he developed a heart demon, and the world turned against him.
In the end, perhaps the hard-hearted, cold-blooded swordsman can find a sliver of hope in a chaotic age, while the ordinary man who treasures loyalty and affection will only drown in the noisy mortal world.

Why is He Xinghe so sleepy? He still doesn't want to tell the truth to his companions. Alas, it seems he was hurt too deeply.
He won't really die, right? The author must be sober (shaking his shoulders crazily), can't be
