Lu Mo loves traveling and often visits famous attractions on her own.

By chance, Lu Mo came across a mirage said to appear only once in a century. But before she could take in all the beauty, everything went black and she fainted.

When she opened her eyes again, she was in a different world.

By a twist of fate, she fell into an unspeakable romance with the princess of the merfolk kingdom.

Just as Lu Mo had finally adjusted to life under the sea, a streak of white light suddenly flashed across the sky, and she returned to her original world.

Lu Mo went back to her usual, ordinary routine, but lately one thing had been giving her a headache: a strange woman had moved into her home, claiming to be carrying Lu Mo's egg.

Lu Mo had no memory of this, and seriously suspected the woman was just freeloading off her.

Then one day, Lu Mo spotted the woman's tail in the bathtub, briefly revealed by accident.

Looking at the woman's slightly swollen belly, Lu Mo fell silent and began calculating how much formula it would cost to raise a little merfolk baby.

Spring had arrived, the season when all things come back to life.

Ni'er curled her tail around Lu Mo's toes, her voice strangely shy. "Momo, my tail feels a little itchy..."

Lu Mo's breath caught. She gazed wordlessly at Ni'er, who was in heat, while wondering if raising a mermaid might actually be pretty nice.
