Arid Land

Big-hearted, insecure, weepy younger top, a loyal puppy * sunny, cheerful, tsundere cat bottom

Su Mingyi x Shi Qingqu

[Blurb]

Su Mingyi's assessment of herself:

Boring and dull.

She's the kind of person who can stare at a single blade of grass for an entire day.

In the sweltering classroom at the end of summer when she was seventeen,

Su Mingyi was met by a lively breeze.

As she watched the confident, radiant girl at the front of the classroom,

she thought, This is someone I'll never be able to get close to.

*

When Su Mingyi was twenty, she wrote this line in her diary:

"I'm parched earth. She's a clear spring, a fine wine."

*

The year Su Mingyi turned twenty-five, Shi Qingqu came back.

Her lost-and-found spring and fine wine. She held her close and let her soak into her.

[Reading Guide]

1. Younger top, Su Mingyi is the top and Shi Qingqu is the bottom. No role reversal. Each other's first love.

2. A blind-box romance.

3. Bittersweet, sweet with angst, and a little heartache.

4. The top has a tendency to cry uncontrollably and loves to curl up on his wife's chest and weep. Please don't read if that bothers you.
