Ayanokoji's first-person narration, original female protagonist
A modern-day science and academia story
You can read this as an original story even if you haven't read Classroom of the Elite.
To you in another timeline:
I've never thought anyone could completely change my views or ideas. Or rather, I'm not ignorant of the ways of the world. Learning how to deal with people and navigate social situations is indeed something I need to work on, but I don't think I lack the relevant prior knowledge.
That means I wouldn't be at a disadvantage in practice in any social situation.
That's what I used to think, until I spent time with that person and was forced to change my mind.
For now, I don't want to say her name, because I haven't grown enough to address her by it. I'll use the first letter of her name, Y, in its place. You can take this as a sign of respect.
After leaving the White Room, I had two choices in front of me. One was to attend Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School. The school has some influence in political circles and sends a large number of promising talents into society, politics, and academia every year. It's also a fully enclosed boarding school. If I attended, it would probably help me resist some of the control and restrictions imposed by the man who is my father.
I had been ready to choose the first option without hesitation, but later, an entirely new option appeared before me.
Core message: Study hard and make progress every day
Great, looking forward to the next chapter!
