When Ling Yun was little, he was naughty and had no idea of his limits. He went to climb the wall around the Feng family estate. He had just perched on the top, feeling rather pleased with himself, when he lost his balance and fell backward.
There was a loud crash, but Ling Yun barely felt any pain. Confused, he felt a slight tickle in his palm. From the corner of his eye, he saw a few strands of smooth black hair beneath his hand. He turned his head and saw a young man pinned beneath him.
Fortunately, nothing serious had happened. The young man said nothing, and didn't wait for Ling Yun to say anything either. He gently pushed Ling Yun aside, staggered over to a tree, and sat down to rest.
The young man's face was pale. He didn't seem to be feeling well. Whether out of guilt or for some other reason, Ling Yun couldn't help looking at him. His clothes were white as snow, his skin smooth as jade. Those few glances stayed with Ling Yun for years.
