[Arknights] The Missing Captain

Bridge is a famous seaside resort on the continent of Terra. There is a hotel there, run by blood demons and more than three hundred years old, called the Sunset Hotel.

Du Kun, the Rhodes Island liaison stationed in Bridge, whose original name was Legasov, is an Ursus exile who has been missing for over a month. Du Kun's last recorded image showed an injury on one side of his neck, and everyone suspects he was attacked by a blood demon.

What is the truth? Where is he? Is he alive or dead?

Rhodes Island has sent Warfarin and Hellagur to investigate.

This is a long Arknights fan novel starring Warfarin and Hellagur. It mainly follows their investigation as they solve the mystery and ultimately find the missing person.

There are several original characters, and they get quite a lot of screen time. The outline was made quite a while ago, so it doesn't account for the Seaborn or similar lore. The geography is also different from that in First Contact with Terra. The story includes a harmless ocean and voyages across the sea.

Theme: See your own fate reflected in the lives of others.
