The Backrooms: Another Unlucky Day

[Diary-style, first person]

The Backrooms, a place you would never want to enter

Boots, isn't that a name that ought to have a bright future?

--Would you be scared if you wound up in a strange space?--

Of course you wouldn't :)

Fathers often play an important role. Not everyone would think so,

especially after arriving here, where your idea of family is blurry. They are like machines made on an assembly line.

No, no, that's just how things are in the Boots family. You should be used to it by now, right?

A pampered young heiress, even with a "golden finger" that gives her something like spoilers, what difference could it make...

No one who has seen the light would willingly stay in the dark. Boots's future, present, and past all seem to have been arranged for her.

To break free of it, every move and every confrontation must be planned well in advance.

It seems everything changed once she noticed the entities treating her differently. She resolved to become the first bird to take flight, the first person to climb out of the mire.

[This will help us grow, make us more calculating. We might become someone we hate, become vile, and stop at nothing.]

The author is back after getting Kazuha in twenty pulls in a certain anime-style game. Updates will be irregular, but I'm going to start revising the story.

Diary-style novels are so good, I said what I said.
