Imperial Younger Brother

Since he was ten, Adrien had known that his mentally ill imperial father and a woman from the East had had a child: his youngest brother in name only.

His father died less than three years later, and Adrien went on to play the role of an older brother and father to the boy.

The young man was quiet and innocent, sometimes spoiled and sometimes willful, and often punished.

His youngest brother respected him, admired him... and feared him.

He ought to be afraid, Adrien thought.

He had never imagined that on the day of his youngest brother's coming-of-age ceremony, he would take him on the throne.
