An Accident That Wasn't Pure Romance

[Reading Guide: Retired figure skater VS suspended speed skater

Childhood rivals, high attack and low defense, □□ addiction, switch]

The night Park Gyeomyeok found out he’d been cheated on, he went out drinking and made a complete fool of himself when he got drunk.

And of all people, his sworn enemy, Dan Yao, happened to catch him in the act.

They’d never gotten along since childhood, and this time Dan Yao teased him mercilessly. Unable to take it anymore, Park Gyeomyeok decided to fight him.

That was where the trouble began.

When he woke up, he found that the fight had moved from a bar to a hotel.

Seeing Dan Yao lounging smugly against the headboard, smoking a post-coital cigarette, Park Gyeomyeok wanted to kill him.

Dan Yao: "We only slept together once. Is there really any need to be this mad?"

Park Gyeomyeok: "What do you think?"

Dan Yao: "Fine, then you can sleep with me to make it even."

Park Gyeomyeok: "You said it."

Dan Yao hadn't expected Park Gyeomyeok to take his offhand remark seriously.

After that day, Park Gyeomyeok seized every chance to ask Dan Yao if he was free that night.

When Dan Yao's roommates saw them, they asked, "Did you get on the bad side of the guy next door again?"

Dan Yao replied, "No. He just wants to get back what he says is his."

Roommate: "Get back what?"

Dan Yao: "...Don't worry about it."

With Park Gyeomyeok relentlessly pressing him, Dan Yao had no choice but to keep his promise.

And Park Gyeomyeok, true to his word, did it just once.

But a few weeks later, Dan Yao suddenly started showing up around him all the time.

Park Gyeomyeok got the hint. "Looks like we haven't completely settled things between us."

Dan Yao: "Once wasn't enough. Let's do it a few more times."
