The Darkness of White Night

[Entire novel free, no paid chapters. A short to medium-length story.]

--

When Zhou Zian was in his first year of high school, his father killed his mother. He became an orphan overnight, but fortunately, Bai Ye's father took him in.

Bai Ye had eyes like black grapes after rain and smelled wonderful. He took Zhou Zian's bloodied hand and called him "Brother Zian."

From that moment on, Zhou Zian spent seven years secretly in love with Bai Ye.

--

Seven years later, Bai Ye is imprisoned by Zhou Zian. He can't go out or contact anyone else. He's completely under Zhou Zian's control.

Every day, Zhou Zian does all sorts of things to him in bed, his eyes never leaving him.

One day, Bai Ye discovers more than 200 gigabytes of his own photos, videos, personal information, posts, browsing history, and hobby profiles on Zhou Zian's computer...

Bai Ye kicks him in the face, his face flushed as he demands, "How the hell did you get these pictures?"

"I hacked your phone, including the cameras..."

"Go to hell! Are you a pervert?"

"Ye'er, I'm sorry." Zhou Zian pulls him into his arms and gently coaxes him. "I can't help it. I go crazy when I can't see you."

"Oh, really? You're not crazy now?"

Where Bai Ye can't see, Zhou Zian's eyes darken with a chilling malice.

He bites Bai Ye's delicate earlobe and whispers, "I am, but I can still keep it under control."

--

Bai Ye believes him.

But when Zhou Zian tenderly feeds him a piece of poisonous chocolate, Bai Ye realizes that Zhou Zian is still very much insane.

Fortunately, before he dies, Bai Ye uses the last of his strength to kiss Zhou Zian and pass the deadly poison in his mouth to him.

You want to kill me...? Then let's die together!
