A Shiba Inu with a Government Job

Feel free to preorder my new novel, Raising a Tiger Cub: Tiger-world's Hua Dehua, a professional caregiver! The tiger cub he raised turns around and tops him. A completed animal-pet novel in the same vein: After I Was Rescued, I Became a Bear (A rich second-generation heir transmigrates into a brown bear. I'm released into the wild three times and returned three times. Besides calling people Dad and clinging to their legs, I'm good for nothing!) A xianxia preorder: A Buddha Fights for One Stick of Incense (People live for their pride, and Buddhas fight for a stick of incense. Is the immortal realm getting caught up in the rat race too?). Synopsis: After being tormented by depression, Tian Yang takes a large quantity of sleeping pills and wakes up as a Samoyed. Even after turning into a dog, Tian Yang is still depressed. He doesn't want to eat or exercise and thinks there's no meaning to a dog's life. A Nuo is a specially recruited canine talent, recently transferred to the police station. He's a police dog with an impressive record of service. After earning merit during a mission, A Nuo grabs his handler's pant leg and, in a high-pitched voice, barks at the Samoyed sprawled on the ground. Once they confirm that the Samoyed has no problems beyond prolonged starvation, and at A Nuo's insistence, the police station makes an exception and gives the gloomy, dejected Samoyed an official position as a police dog. "Jingjing, I like you. Cuddle me!" "Get lost! I'm a male dog, and my name isn't Jingjing. I don't want cuddles!" "Oh, okay, Meimei, I like you. Cuddle me!" "Go away! I'm depressed. Can't you respect my depression? Also, my name isn't Meimei." "Tiantian, are you feeling less depressed? I like you. Cuddle me!" "Go away! Could you stop interrupting my depression? I just worked up the right sad mood!" Who says Samoyeds have to be the ones cheering everyone else up? A loving German Shepherd can cheer up a sad Sammy too! Bonus Scene: Tian Yang: So, what's my job now that I've joined the force? A Nuo: Make me happy! It turns out that a Samoyed with an official police job is there to provide emotional support to all kinds of police dogs returning from successful missions! In other words: a comfort dog! Reading Guide: 1. The characters remain animals throughout. They will not turn into humans! Please keep that in mind. 2. This is a one-on-one pairing, not the canine world's brothel. 3. Both leads are strong. The Sammy is a little weak at first because of his depression, but later he'll take part in police dog work and become stronger. 4. There is a secondary pairing, mainly to move the plot along. 5. For the sake of the plot, a few characters may seem unprofessional at first, but they all grow. Theme: One withered flower cannot make the whole spring barren, and one setback cannot ruin an entire life.
