My Wife From a Parallel World

[Sunny, cheerful sunshine top Ji Li x Reclusive, world-weary, autistic bottom Zhu Junyun]

Ji Li was delivering takeout when she rescued a girl from drowning. Once they got to shore, she realized the girl she'd saved looked exactly like her.

Ji Li's eyes widened. "Myself from a parallel world?"

She took the girl home. The two of them delivered takeout together and worked hard to save up enough to open a shop.

She fed the girl until she was plump and healthy, and in the end, made her her wife.

Zhu Junyun had been reclusive and world-weary since childhood. On the day she came of age, she decided to end her boring life...

The next second, someone grabbed her arm. "Don't die. How about we deliver takeout together instead?"

Zhu Junyun: ??

Ji Li: "We have the same face. Does that mean we can take two orders at once and deliver them at the same time?"

Zhu Junyun: ???

Bonus scenes:

①

Zhu Junyun: I'm so bored. I want to cut my wrists...

Ji Li makes a dazzling entrance: "Baby, we can take orders in the south and north of town at the same time! We'll expand our delivery range!"

Zhu Junyun puts away the knife. "Oh."

②

Zhu Junyun: Why isn't A Li back yet? I want a hug.

Ji Li, holding a huge bunch of sunflowers, smiles brighter than the flowers. "Baby, I'm home! I brought you flowers."

Zhu Junyun hugs the flowers and obediently replies, "Mm-hmm."

Light fell before me, and I chased after it with all my might.

Reader's guide:

The two look very alike, but Ji Li has a rough, wild beauty, while Zhu Junyun is delicate and refined.

My writing is beginner-level. It's a short story that's all about romance.

I'm getting older and no longer enjoy dramatic, melodramatic stories. I just like quiet stories about people loving each other.

It's basically the story of an introverted little mushroom with a head full of random thoughts, basking in the sunshine of a little sun who shines on her from every angle, every day of the year.

If it's not for you, just move on. Maybe we'll meet again next time~
