Shen Yin was a little cat demon. After failing her tribulation, she became a human baby in the 1980s, but didn't inherit the baby's memories.
As a kitten with absolutely no human survival skills, Shen Yin had no choice but to support herself by scavenging trash. Her only home was a fairly spacious space beneath a bridge.
Who would have thought that scavenging would earn Shen Yin her first home, then her second... her first housing development, then her second? She went on to become a successful landlady.
