A plot hole has been detected in a small world under her control. To keep the story progressing as intended, Ruoqing became one of its characters.
But...
She was following the character template and playing out the plot exactly as written.
So why was the story going in such a strange direction?
A few things to note:
1. The heroine is adored by everyone, human or ghost. This is a very brainless story.
2. The heroine has no heart. She's nasty and a terrible person, so don't read if that's not your thing.
Worlds planned so far:
# Twins Born Evil #
In the original storyline, the twins, a brother and sister who were villains, are exposed by the male lead after repeatedly plotting in secret. After graduating from university, their adoptive family cuts ties with them and sends them abroad. They eventually disappear without a trace.
After the plot hole, the villains aren't adopted by the male lead's family. The twins die young without receiving treatment, and the male lead's autism does not improve, sending him down a dark path.
# The Unscrupulous Female Educated Youth #
In the original storyline, after being sent to the countryside, the female educated youth uses any means necessary to secure a comfortable life by moving in with the male lead's family. After getting into university, she abandons him outright to pursue better prospects.
After the plot hole, her schemes fail. Without the support she wanted, she doesn't get into university. The male lead gives up on starting a business elsewhere and never sets out on the road to becoming the richest man.
Randomly selected worlds:
*A spoiled, brainless lovesick girl (dating show world)
*A domineering, overbearing female grand tutor (female-dominant world)
*A pitiful high school student (infinite game world)
*A greedy golden dragon (gender-swapped fairy-tale world)
*More
