Fat Tiger's Journey to Better Health

Pangpang Hu was the fattest kid in Happy Forest. To help him understand the harm unhealthy habits could do to his health, Mama Tiger decided to send him with Grandpa Bian Que to a parallel world called Illness Forest.

There, Pangpang Hu met Grandma Frog, who had an eye disease; Little Brother Giraffe, who couldn't grow any taller; Uncle Little Goat, who had lost all his teeth; and himself, thirty years in the future, suffering from high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and high blood lipids…

Through his own efforts and the health knowledge he learned in Illness Forest, Pangpang Hu successfully changed the future disease outcomes of both himself and his friends.
