[Touken Ranbu] A Series of Events After We Fell to Corruption and Were Bought at Rock-Bottom Prices by Our Hapless New Master to Work Like Corporate Slaves

The abused swordsmen of Bizen Province's Honmaru No. 45 were sold off in a bundle by the government at a rock-bottom price to the owner of Yamashiro Province's Honmaru No. 88.

Only after the battered tsukumogami arrived at their new Honmaru did they discover it was a workplace where the overworked staff were led by their own Master. Every blade had a packed schedule each day, and the fourteen swords had ground their way to first place in their battle zone and the top fifty in the whole region! One lazy swordman wailed to the little one in his household, "Hotaru Kuniyoshi! I've been here for two years, and I haven't had a single day off!"

And the Master was incredibly stingy. They could put lights in the living room, but not the bedrooms. The water for the fields was pumped from the decorative pond in the yard. The swordsmen of the Honmaru even had to log into an orange app on their communicators every day to complete tasks and claim free soy sauce...

The corrupted swordsmen were speechless. Have we just escaped the wolf's den only to enter the tiger's lair...?
