Lu Enyu, whose love life is anything but uneventful, has watched the sweet and proper Zhou Xi pine for a mutual friend of theirs for a long time. 1. Lu Enyu is a flirt early on, but becomes utterly devoted once he realizes how he feels about the heroine.
2. The second male lead beats the first and kicks the third, then successfully wins the heroine's heart.
3. The heroine's unrequited love takes up a lot of the early story, and Pei Qianjing has plenty of scenes.
4. Pei Qianjing never confessed to the heroine, but not because he never had feelings for her. There's a mild groveling arc later on.
