Lilith, the Vongola heiress who successfully graduated from under the tutelage of the world's number one hitman, thought she would get to enjoy a carefree life with the whole world at her feet. Who could have guessed that the very next day she'd be forced to a rural Japanese town called Namimori?

But after she'd been there for a while, Lilith realized things were slowly getting out of hand:

"Um, hey, Satoru! Does your jujutsu world need any more Special Grade sorcerers?"

"Well, well, if it isn't Lilith, heiress of the underworld. What made you think of calling me?" Gojo Satoru said sarcastically while killing a cursed spirit. "As for Special Grades, two-thirds of our year alone already qualify. But I'm handsome and kind, so I'll reluctantly pull a few strings for you!"

When she got to school and discovered there were only four people in her year, including herself, Lilith grabbed the white-haired delinquent by the throat of fate, looking ready to kill him. Then she spotted a black-haired, purple-eyed charmer approaching behind him and immediately switched to a sweet smile. "Hello, you must be Little Eyes... I mean, Geto Suguru!"

After politely introducing himself to his new classmate, Geto Suguru's veins bulged. "Satoru, let's go talk outside!"

But life is unpredictable. Lilith's crazy... er, carefree days at Jujutsu High didn't last long. She fainted from low blood sugar, and when she opened her eyes again, something was wrong: she couldn't open them! Lilith had been sickly for over a decade. One day, after she finished the medicine from the kind doctor, her twin brother urged her to go get some sunshine.

Lilith was thrilled to return to the modern era before the Ring Conflict, but she didn't become her brother's Cloud Guardian, and on top of that, she was forced into a love polygon. The pressure was immense.

Lilith thinks being a person is so hard. Maybe I should just go join that scumbag big brother of mine who's been lying low for a thousand years!
