Journeying Together Among the Stars [Ancient to Future]

Imperial Censor Xu Qingyuan has his own principles: There are two kinds of people in this world who don't deserve a kind word, corrupt officials and Lu Mingyi. General of the Guards Lu Mingyi has his own principles too: Most scholars in this world are useless, and therefore harmless. Xu Qingyuan is a scholar, but he's far too useful, and therefore far too dangerous! From the moment they first entered the court, the two of them bickered and traded barbs. Then enemy forces invaded the border, sending them to opposite ends of the realm. One died on the battlefield, while the other risked his life to remonstrate with the emperor. They would never meet again, in life or death. But neither of them expected that they would not only survive, but transmigrate to a parallel world two thousand years in the future. This world has a whole new gender system, and one of them has become an eighteen-year-old omega, while the other has become an eighteen-year-old alpha. Xu Qingyuan, now an omega: This world is awful =_= Lu Mingyi, now an alpha: This world is fascinating =w= Seeing how pleased with himself Lu Mingyi was, Xu Qingyuan decided he couldn't lose. He drew up a meticulous schedule for Lu Mingyi, demanding that he learn to pilot a mecha within three months and get into the best military academy in the world within six. Defiant Lu Mingyi: Why??? Unruffled Xu Qingyuan: Because my fiance can't be illiterate. Confused Lu Mingyi: ??? Horrified Lu Mingyi: ?????? Notes: * Lu Mingyi (alpha) is the gong, and Xu Qingyuan (omega) is the shou. They both transmigrate. This is a story about two sworn enemies who can't stand each other (?) becoming an alpha-omega couple, shining in a new world, and conquering the stars and seas. * ABO is a background setting in this story, with relatively little detailed depiction. It follows the standard ABO biology (omegas have heats and can give birth), but neither the main story nor the extras involve the protagonists having children. There are some original additions to the setting, mainly that alpha, beta, and omega abilities have no inherent superiority or inferiority, only different specialties. * Both the gong and shou are protagonists. The story is told from both of their perspectives, though the shou's perspective appears more often overall. * One-on-one romance, happy ending. -- Preorder section starts here -- Title: His Backer Is Dead [Entertainment Industry] Blurb: Qiao Yunxin was the fake young master, switched at birth. His biological parents died saving the real young master, so even though Qiao Yunxin wasn't their real son, the Qiao family raised him like a star. Qiao Yunxin grew up willful, spoiled, and good for nothing. He had few virtues and plenty of flaws, but he was still surrounded by admirers and lived in the lap of luxury, because his best qualities were impossible to beat: money, good looks, and a powerful backer. Then one day, his backer suddenly disappeared. People said he was dead. On the third day after his backer died, the Qiao family kicked him out. Just like that, he lost two of his three greatest advantages, leaving only his looks. Those who used to fawn over him stood by and watched, waiting to laugh as he humiliated himself trying to stay in the industry. But to their surprise, he packed up and left the Qiao family, vanishing without a trace. . A month later, a talent show called Blind Box Game went viral on the Kunpeng platform. Under the slogan of seeing who had the best eye for talent, it had all contestants start out livestreaming without using their real voices or showing their faces, winning fans by being their authentic selves. Among all the contestants going all out, contestant 404 drew a crowd of curious onlookers with his bizarre approach. While others showed off their figures, he showed off how he was making money to save his wife (note: a man). While others showed off their talents, he showed off how he was making money to save his wife (note: a man). While others showed off their knowledge, he showed off how he was making money to save his wife (note: a man). The livestream chat erupted into arguments. A third of the viewers praised his devotion, a third called him a love-struck fool, and a third accused him of putting on an act to scam people out of money. As a result, the livestream's popularity kept climbing. Everyone wanted to know how this devoted, attention-seeking, money-grubbing love-struck fool would end up. At last, the results were in. He had actually saved his wife! "Thank you, everyone. I saved my wife, so I'm going to drop out and let him support me," contestant 404 announced, full of confidence. Everyone: Why are you so confident about mooching off someone else? Everyone: Wait, at least let us see what you look like before you drop out! Everyone: Or let us see what your wife looks like. We aren't picky! Notes: * The gong is the "wife" the shou keeps talking about. The shou isn't actually good for nothing. * One-on-one romance, happy ending. -- Preorder section ends here -- Theme: With a blade three feet long, protect the world; with a heart true as jade, set the world right.
