How Hard Can It Be to Take on a Disciple!

[Blurb captured on 2023.6.21]

I, Qingyu Shangxian, was left all alone on the vast Xuanyun Mountain after my master ran away from home.

After enduring three hundred long, lonely years, I couldn't take it anymore.

I was going to take on a disciple!!!

The storybooks I'd read over the past three hundred years told me that taking on a disciple was dangerous, especially for a handsome, tall, carefree man of extraordinary status like me. For someone like me, it was even more dangerous.

But taking on a disciple was my lifelong dream, so I came up with a brilliant idea: disguise myself!

I didn't just change my face into that of a kind, burly middle-aged man. I also gave myself a short, stocky build and a big belly, then chose a name to match: Tu Dahai.

Everything was ready. All I needed was the right opportunity.

I rubbed my hands together as I watched the little disciple I'd picked up by the roadside. When he chirped, "Master!" my heart bloomed with joy!

Heh heh heh, your master here will raise and teach you well!

Zong Li, sitting by the roadside, stared in awe. What a beautiful person.

After finishing his sword practice, little disciple Zong Li draped a blanket over Qingyu, who was dozing in the pavilion, then wiped the drool from his mouth without the slightest trace of disgust. He thought, My master is beautiful no matter what.

When the Demon Realm's army invaded, Zong Li, the Demon Realm's Ninth Prince, wielded his sword and held back its countless soldiers on behalf of Xuanyun Mountain. With an arm around his master's waist, Tu Dahai, he said with a heavy heart, "Master, can you drop the disguise? Your waist is too thick for me to hold you."
