Word of Honor: The Broken Sword

The Wen-Zhou ship will never sink!

Everyone knows that Ji Chen and Zhou Zishu are the most in-sync comrades at court: one repels foreign threats, while the other keeps the realm in order.

To secure the realm, Ji Chen donned his armor at seventeen, mounted his horse, and charged into battle, swinging his broadsword at the enemy.

To keep his sect safe, Zhou Zishu founded the Window of Heaven at eighteen, bringing light to a dark world.

Yet these comrades, who would trust each other with their lives on the battlefield, were not close at all in private. They were so distant they seemed downright heartless.

Ji Chen: I'm done. I'm starting a rebellion.

Zhou Zishu: All right. I'll report you and expose your plans.

Ji Chen was executed with a cup of poisoned wine brought by Zhou Zishu.

"Lord Zhou, I'll be waiting for you to regret this in the boiling oil of hell."

Who's this beggar guy?

Oh, he's my old comrade and longtime rival.

Wait, didn't we agree to stay single forever? And now you're secretly dating someone, stunning everyone?

Pairing: Han Ying. Heh, it's a bit of a rare pairing, so it's tentative for now. Maybe I'll switch things up halfway through~

I've added a few elements from the original Faraway Wanderers~

Updates are still regular. I'll try to post daily, with an update every other day at minimum. Enjoy!
