Star of Impolite Courtesy

The children gave all their votes to Gaa Gaa the duckling, making him the first-ever Sunflower Class Star of Bad Manners.

But when Teacher Elephant asked why they had all voted for Gaa Gaa, the children shook their heads and said it wasn't because he was popular...

What on earth was going on? Was the Star of Bad Manners popular or not?

Theme: Take pride in being civilized and polite, and feel ashamed of being uncivilized and impolite.
