The Vile Villain Pretends to Be Good Online

Chang Kong was ordered to descend to the mortal realm and hunt down Qing Heng, an evil god who had committed countless atrocities. But he discovered that he looked exactly like the husband Qing Heng had cruelly killed a thousand years ago.

At first, he thought it was just a coincidence. After all, he was born of divine lineage. How could he possibly have been murdered?

So Chang Kong stayed by Qing Heng's side, pretending to be blind as he waited for a chance to act, wondering when he should capture him.

But after accidentally swallowing a soul pill, he began hearing Qing Heng's thoughts...

Qing Heng: Is my not-so-bright but undeniably beautiful ex-husband looking at me with that loving gaze again?

Chang Kong: ...He really can't tell the difference between the look you give an idiot and a loving gaze.

The soul pill is an ancient divine treasure. Besides preserving the soul, it lets the eater hear the thoughts of souls separated from their bodies. Chang Kong, who was born missing one soul fragment, was puzzled that he could hear Qing Heng's thoughts.

So, while investigating what had really happened a thousand years ago, he continued to remain undercover by Qing Heng's side.

But when the truth was finally revealed, Qing Heng went mad.

-

As the beautiful deadweight beside the evil god Qing Heng, Chang Kong joined him through fire and water. All the gods wanted to see when the supposedly useless Chang Kong would finally drag Qing Heng down with him.

But when danger came, Chang Kong stepped in front of Qing Heng.

"You want to kill my wife?"

-

To give Chang Kong a human body, Qing Heng cut out his own divine bones. Just as he was on the verge of death, the gods finally joined forces to subdue him. Qing Heng looked at Chang Kong, standing before all the gods with bloodshot eyes, and asked, "Do you really not remember me anymore?"

Chang Kong moved his thin lips and replied without even blinking, "Why would I remember you?"

-

At first, he pretends to be blind and useless, but is actually a black-hearted schemer with unfathomable strength, gong x an apparently evil and devious but actually softhearted and devoted evil god, shou.

Gong-focused, gong-focused, gong-focused!!! The shou is never redeemed, and the gong really suffered terribly in his previous life!

One-on-one romance.

Updates whenever inspiration strikes. I'll write it slowly, so there's no need to wait around or save up chapters on purpose~ Maybe I can finish it this year~
