A Birthday Cake for You [Selfcest]

As a third-year university student, Chu Su happened to save someone who had fallen into the water. The drenched man stared at him for a long while, then suddenly threw himself into Chu Su's arms and wept inconsolably.

Chu Su stared at him in shock for a moment, then, as if possessed, took him home.

He didn't ask his name, his story, or what he wanted. He seemed bewitched, taking a complete stranger home with him.

From then on, he had a clingy roommate who followed him everywhere and never left his side.

The roommate also seemed to know him inside out. One look told him what Chu Su was thinking, and one blink told him Chu Su wanted cake.

As time went by, Chu Su decided he didn't mind things this way, until one day he was tidying the room and accidentally found a diary. On the title page was a single sentence:

"I finally saved myself."

"Ah," came a voice from the doorway, its tone impossible to read. "You saw it."

Chu Su turned without thinking and was caught in the other's overwhelming, possessive kiss, filled with desperate resolve.

"Don't leave me," he said. "Anyone can abandon me, but not you."

[Reading Notes]

1. Narcissistic romance, one person in both roles. Ye Gui is the pursuer, Chu Su the pursued.

2. Ye Gui's soul is Chu Su's, from a parallel world five years in the future, where he died of cancer.

3. Don't expect polished writing or much plot. Just here for a bit of fun.

4. Screenshot taken on December 9, 2023. I'll add more if anything comes up.

Theme: Stay true to yourself and love life.
