What shattered instead was the lotus-shaped jade pendant the girl had given him.

Zexi became the first god of the demonic realm. In Rong Xu's image, he protected the countless lives of the demon realm.

Only after the Six Realms were struck by calamity did the people understand that demons and gods alike were living beings of equal worth.
