The Beloved Daughter in a Period Supernatural Novel

Qin Shiyuan transmigrated into the 1970s, an era short on supplies but free of zombies and rampaging mutated plants and animals. She became Shi Yuan, the daughter of the female lead's adoptive father's first love in a supernatural period novel. Her identity was a little complicated. To add one more detail, she was also the villainess. Don't ask how she knew. It's a long story, so let her change the opening first. The book began with the first love dying unexpectedly after a family upheaval, entrusting her daughter, Shi Yuan, to the female lead's adoptive father. Qin Shiyuan slapped a nagging old woman into silence, then kicked away the middle-aged woman who had tried to ambush her mother's first love with a rolling pin. Just like that, she successfully changed the story's opening! In the original plot, the villainess Shi Yuan bullied and oppressed the female lead with great fanfare. Her adoptive father favored Shi Yuan, and the female lead, disheartened, took the jade pendant Shi Yuan always carried and left home. Before long, the female lead found her biological father and became a commander's daughter. She also gained a suitable fiancé who would become the male lead. A few years later, she used the metaphysical skills her adoptive father had taught her to make a name for herself, then lived happily ever after with the male lead, envied by everyone. Shi Yuan couldn't stand seeing the female lead live so well. She kept reappearing to compete with her, causing plenty of embarrassing incidents, until she finally left Beicheng in disgrace and disappeared without a trace. Anyone who survived the apocalypse knows that romance and men are just passing clouds. Whoever wants to follow this ridiculous plot can do so, but Qin Shiyuan certainly won't. She's going to explore this new world, where even the air tastes sweet! First stop: all kinds of fresh, natural food! But things seem a little different. First, one strange incident after another starts happening around her. Then the female lead shows up too, apparently intent on forcing her to follow the plot. A twisted-up ghost puts on a show of bright yet melancholy sorrow in front of Qin Shiyuan every day, hoping to win her sympathy and get her to help of her own free will. But anyone who survived the apocalypse knows that minding your own business is the key to survival, so Qin Shiyuan keeps pretending she can't see the ghost. Until one day, the twisted-up ghost finally realizes Qin Shiyuan has no heart. Cursing and swearing, she blurts out that a few gold bars are buried under the wall of the Mountain God Temple that was smashed up a while ago. Qin Shiyuan pretends she's only just noticed the ghost and starts talking to her. Don't get the wrong idea. Qin Shiyuan isn't greedy. She was a metal-type esper during the apocalypse, and when she was at her weakest, absorbing gold was how she slowly gained the ability to protect herself. Now she's even weaker than she was back then, and her pockets are emptier than her face. She desperately needs gold to get back on her feet. After that, word of her greed spread among the ghosts. One ghost held up a finger, wincing as she offered,
