One day, Matsuda was walking down the street when he suddenly felt someone speaking to him.
"Who's there?" Matsuda wondered, holding his phone. Suddenly, it turned into a streak of white light and shot into his mind.
Then Matsuda saw the truth: this world was a manga. In a flash, he saw a scene where everyone but Furuya had http://.
Another flash, and he saw an announcement from the old rascal Aoqing.
[Since Detective Conan manga sales have recently surged, we've decided to develop a Detective Conan fan game.]
Then a large group of players appeared, eagerly signing up to lie down in game pods and enter the Conan world to cause trouble. In the worst cases, they even http:// a large number of NPCs (player slang).
Matsuda was still dumbfounded when another ball of white light entered his mind.
As it turned out, that white disc was a System. It had been without energy for so long that it had crashed and become defunct, but its functions still worked. So Matsuda got a System that would not exploit him. How wonderful.
Matsuda curiously explored the System and soon figured out what it could do. It could connect to Detective Conan fan comics, letting its Host play various characters to earn Popularity Roleplay Points. These points could be exchanged for all sorts of things, including items that could even bring people back to life.
So, to save his friends, Matsuda set out on the never-ending road of roleplaying.
I couldn't find what I wanted to read, so I decided to write it myself. This is a labor of love. I'm a beginner and my writing isn't very good. I also haven't watched Detective Conan in ages, so the characters may be out of character. I'm truly sorry if that upsets you.
