The Heir Is Acting Strange

Cool, proud princess × bewitching, flirtatious young lord who disguises herself as a man

Zhao Xin'an was the young lady of the Dingguo Marquis's family in the State of Li. She had been living comfortably in the family's fief, but the emperor demanded that the heir of the Marquis of Zhenguo marry a princess from an enemy state in the capital. The heir was assassinated and killed the day before he was due to leave, so Zhao Xin'an had no choice but to impersonate her older brother and travel to the capital for the wedding.

Bai Wanyu, the eldest princess of the State of Baichen, was forced into a political marriage. On her wedding night, however, she learned that her husband was actually the young lady of the marquis's family. Her real husband had died before the wedding.

After being "married" into the family, Bai Wanyu only wanted to live in seclusion from the world. In truth, this kind of life wasn't so bad for her. At least she could escape the Baichen imperial family's control.

But this young lady who had married in her brother's place seemed a little strange. No one offers favors without expecting something in return!

"Princess, the heir is here."

"I won't see him."

"Princess, the heir has climbed over the wall."

"..."

Zhao Xin'an looked seriously at Bai Wanyu. "Sister, there's something I want to tell you."

Seeing her solemn expression, Bai Wanyu felt uneasy. "Don't say it."

Zhao Xin'an's red lips curled into a faint smile. "Sister, why don't we make a life together?"

Bai Wanyu scolded her sternly. "Zhao Xin'an, remember your place."

Then her hand was already resting on Zhao Xin'an's waist...

To Bai Wanyu, Zhao Xin'an was her salvation, bringing a ray of light into her dark life.

But Zhao Xin'an said, "Sister, we're saving each other."
