Reborn in the Nineties

Her sister attended a private school with good facilities and lovely surroundings. Lin Xiao went to public school, where she couldn't even count on having enough money for lunch each month. If she wanted study guides, she had to scrimp and save.

Lin Xiao loved the guzheng. She begged her father for one in the living room all night, but he refused and never even opened the door to look at her.

Her sister only had to mention that she wanted to learn the electronic keyboard, and her father gave her the money on the spot. By that evening, a keyboard had been delivered to their home.

Her mother, who had started a new family, showed Lin Xiao affection only for appearances.

Her whole life, she sought love from her parents, but never got what she wanted.

At the age of thirty-six, she died alone in a hospital bed.
