Fireworks Project

A whole family was poisoned to death in a mass murder in H City. The only survivor was an idiot who had been tied up in the woodshed. The culprit turned out to be a university student who had just visited the family to conduct research.

In Y City, a man who had just gotten out of prison was murdered in his hotel bed.

In Z City, a car was set on fire.

In L City...

While her colleagues lamented that people were becoming more and more extreme, Tu Ye, drawing on her extensive experience, was certain there was more to the case.

As the investigation deepened, Tu Ye realized this was no ordinary murder case.

Tu Ye is the only woman heading a criminal investigation team in H City. In a world dominated by men, she disguised herself as a “man” in order to fit in.

In her thirties, Tu Ye unexpectedly made a new friend, Lin Boya. Intelligent and perceptive, Lin Boya always left Tu Ye feeling she had gained something after their conversations. Unfortunately, she was a woman trapped in a sanatorium.

Tu Ye felt that if not for her frail body holding her back, Lin Boya would surely have achieved far more than she had.

Message: Justice in the outcome matters, but so does justice in the process.
