Jiang Qilian, an employee of the Space-Time Bureau, returns to the original world. With the mindset of a slacker, he plans to finish his undercover mission on the Black side, abandon the body, and make a run for it, then take it easy on vacation until this world ends.

In the original story, his immediate superior is a workaholic, domineering, and coldly ruthless. He forces a bottle of medicine down a little detective's throat, provoking a Silver Bullet and setting in motion the destruction of his precious organization.
