"Ciao."
A "man" wearing a uniquely designed black-and-white suit of armor greets the camera.
He seems to chuckle a few times, then continues speaking to the camera: "Humans of the planet Morning, you should be able to see the [little cutie] behind me right now, right?"
He shifts position to make sure the camera can capture the [little cutie] in full.
"It'll probably wake up in about an hour... How do you plan to deal with it, Earth's defense force, and you, Mr. Giant? Your name is [Ultraman Geed], right?"
The "man" playfully waves at the camera.
"See ya~"
Kiryu Takumi is an unlucky alien who lost his memories and wound up on Earth. The only thing he remembers is that his original name was "Evolto." He currently works at a coffee shop and has two alien kids at home.
The costs of sending the kids to school are pretty steep, so Kiryu Takumi occasionally takes on some shady "under-the-table work" as a space mercenary.
He figures he probably wasn't exactly a good person before.
A good person wouldn't have the power of a black hole, or be as "cheerful and outgoing" as he is. Of course, his ability to use black holes makes completing jobs a lot easier, and lets him clock out early and get home to the kids.
But then a giant monster suddenly appeared on the planet and began wreaking havoc across the city. Unable to grow giant, Kiryu Takumi couldn't fight the monster. Just as he was about to open a black hole and try to deal with it so he could reunite with the kids at home, a red-and-black giant of light appeared.
The instant he saw the giant of light's butterfly-blue eyes, the memories locked away inside him surged forth like a spring. Kiryu Takumi finally remembered who he was and what he had been through. He also recognized the identity of the giant of light before him: [Ultraman Geed], whose human name was Asakura Riku, and who was also his adopted son.
The protagonist transmigrates while cosplaying, but his own consciousness has mostly been devoured by E. He never felt much attachment to his human identity in the first place, so you could also think of him as half-E. His original consciousness affects some of E's sarcastic remarks and such.
He's kind of like Gaku Gaku, a fatherly guy who dotes on kids (?) After all, E spent the whole TV series raising kids too (wink).
The man-made heroes Kiryu Sento and Riku really need a Build and Geed crossover (.
