■ Blurb:
Zuo Yeting, Prince Sui, was attacked, poisoned, and sent tumbling off a cliff... but he survived.
He was rescued by two wild men, one old and one young.
The young wild man declared that he was going to adopt him.
The old wild man was always saying he would kill him.
The two wild men often disagreed because of him.
Raised in luxury since childhood, Zuo Yeting got his first taste of having to depend on others. He had no choice but to show how well he could bend without breaking...

I've always admired the strength of character people show in adversity, and that's what I mainly wanted to write about in this story. Unfortunately, my abilities fell short, and the story I envisioned turned into a huge melodramatic mess T^T.
There isn't a proper blurb, so just read the content warnings below. I recommend reading them alongside the story. If anything feels off, stop right away and check the warnings to avoid wasting your time!

This story is complete and ready to read.
Pairing: Zuo is the gong, Yao is the shou. Happy ending.
This is not a feel-good story. If it feels good, it's the bittersweet kind. Everyone has a hard life.
An old-school melodrama. Very dramatic.
The gong and shou are both physically and emotionally pure.
The shou gives birth.
Both the gong and shou have obvious flaws.
There is a secondary couple. Their storyline involves a love triangle, is very angsty and frustrating, and ends unhappily.
The shou will disappear from the story for a while. The gong and shou reunite in Chapter 60.
The point of view is classified as “unclear.” I personally feel this story isn't suited to readers who are firmly gong-focused or shou-focused, and is better for those somewhere in between. I mention this without any ill intent, simply to help readers choose whether to read it and avoid an unpleasant surprise.
The prose is practically nonexistent. It shouldn't be too jarring, but it may be a little awkward. If you find yourself cringing, don't force yourself to keep reading, because there are no surprises later on either.
I mainly posted this story to contribute a little sapling to my personal collection of works.
That's all.
Everyone has different triggers, and I can't list them all. If you come across a scene you dislike, feel free to skip it and leave. Please don't say anything hurtful. Thank you.
Theme: Adversity tests whether we keep to goodness or fall into evil.
Ah, you must be sick! His brother is not allowed to see him. Both the emperor and the secret guard are sick! Um, is this really be? Even if we all die together, we can tell our feelings before we die. We were so humiliated and refused to see my brother in prison all the time, but we can still express our feelings and still be 💔
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that emperor deserves to die! How can you be so perverted? Are you really a brother? Brothers and lovers can be tortured, so let's deal with him.
I actually finished watching this groove of Tengu Blood, which is outrageous
Damn, I think the deputy CP, the emperor and Qi Xiran are pretty good. Will the emperor be the same in the end? Compared to Xiao Ze, the emperor feels much better
It's very well written, please cheers??
