In the book, Le Zhengli is a character destined to die.
The System says she has only three chances to change her fate.
System: “A gloomy, obsessive emperor, a wild and untamed wolf, an arrogant heir from a foreign land, and an aloof, otherworldly Imperial Preceptor. Among them are those who will kill you and those who can save you. Host, choose carefully.”
Le Zhengli refused to believe it the first two times. By the time she had died and had only one chance left, she finally understood.
Perhaps she could find a sliver of hope by changing her approach.
If she couldn’t save herself, then she would have to forge a blade out of those who would save her, and turn it against those who wanted her dead.

Le Zhengli exhausted her wits and poured her heart and soul into the four men, finally winning the protection of each of them.
Their love was steadfast and true. They would come to her, offering all their affection to this woman.
The emperor was cold and gloomy, his temperament flowering into two intertwined blooms under a curse. No one could get close to him. Only before Le Zhengli did he hide his madness and soften his expression, quietly asking her for a piece of sweet-and-bitter candied orange.
The wolf was fierce, restrained by the human race and branded with the mark of a slave. His sharp fangs rested against the woman’s slender neck, yet no blood was drawn. All he asked was, “Will you come back and have dinner with me?”
The heir was cunning, his sharpness concealed beneath unfathomable schemes. A moment’s mistake had cost the woman he loved her life. When his moonlight finally fell into his arms, he curled his lips. “This is my betrothal gift to you.”
The Imperial Preceptor was lonely. Her arrival was the only salvation in his long, withered life. Imprisoned for so long, he followed the star chart, believing she could bring everything to an end. Little did he know that she was the one who could truly imprison him.
After countless schemes and plans, Le Zhengli thought she had covered every possibility.

The deadlock was broken, but Le Zhengli did not let her guard down.
Her heart was as hard as iron. She was determined to make the four men fight and eliminate every threat.
But the world is unpredictable, and there is always someone waiting to take advantage of the struggle.
Le Zhengli survived the New Year’s banquet, only to die at the dawn of Changying.
The forbidden formation was activated. The person who offered the sacrifice bled dry, and the imprisoned vengeful spirits burst through the seals, unleashing chaos and bloodshed throughout the imperial capital.
They had schemed and struggled for their own ends, yet the fated conclusion remained unchanged.
The emperor died, the wolf had his heart cut out, the heir was brought to ruin, and the Imperial Preceptor offered himself as a sacrifice. Le Zhengli...

Please read before starting:
1. The heroine is ruthless! If that’s not your thing, don’t read. Readers who have high expectations of the heroine or like to criticize her should proceed with caution! She’ll flirt without mercy to stay alive.
2. The ending is one-on-one, and it’s happy.
3. There is a System, but no golden finger.
4. Includes a competitive romantic battlefield. Proceed with caution if you dislike that!
5. This is just a light, easy read, a fantasy world within a fantasy world. Please don’t overthink it!
