The distillery, which had never had any ability users, began experiments to create artificial ability users. After countless failures, animal test subject Y327 became the first to break through the ability fluctuation threshold. The researchers, tears in their eyes, directed the black cat test subject Y327 to use its ability. Then they watched helplessly as the adorable cat, barely a foot long, turned into a black-haired young man standing six foot three.

The researchers: ? Everything went black.

In this world, abilities exist, and because of the book's latent influence, ability users have all gathered in Yokohama. The organization has not infiltrated Yokohama.

Since the main setting is Detective Conan, the protagonists' abilities aren't all that powerful, so there won't be any one-sided beatdowns. As for combat strength, if we use Gin as the unit of measurement, the test subjects' average strength fluctuates around 0.7 Gins (??ω??).

So Tianhai Yuan and Chardonnay will get caught by Dazai and Atsushi and dragged back to the Detective Agency after arriving in Yokohama. (That's right, I just like this kind of thing.)
