First of all, this blurb is misleading. This is a love story between a twice-married noblewoman and a certain red-haired man who is unmarried and has a child. More or less, it's about a highly controlling, rather cold lady and her doggy, who acts one way to her face and another behind her back.
The redhead appears much later. You can read the early part as having no romance. The lady has her own things to do, and she's a Celestial Dragon, so she's wicked, vicious, and hypocritical.
I don't like writing sexual content, so the most you'll get in this platonic romance is kisses. Don't ask me if the characters are virgins. How would I know? I don't want to set that. If you have a problem with the heroine being married twice, you can leave.
