Mu He was a catnip plant, and he had become a spirit.
Unfortunately, he was born at the wrong time. Not only did he live in an age when spiritual cultivation had declined, but the country he lived in had explicitly decreed that no one could become a spirit after the founding of the nation.
To avoid getting locked away, he signed a contract with the System and traveled to another world.
When the System asked how he planned to make a living, Mu He hugged the enormous, long-haired Maine Coon that kept rubbing against him and declared, "Of course I'm opening a cat cafe!"
-
Mu He had heard from other catnip plants how terrifying cats were. Their eyes glowed eerily in the dark as they stared at them. They also had sharp claws and teeth, and would grab them and chew them up. And their tails were like steel: even the strongest catnip plant couldn't withstand a light swat from one.
But when he saw the badly injured cat by the roadside for the first time, Mu He clutched his chest.
How could such an adorable creature exist in this world?!
-
On his first day as a cat, Gin looked at Mu He, who had found him, with complete calm on his fluffy face.
On his second day as a cat, he looked at the glass that he had "accidentally" pushed off the floor, his mouth trembling slightly as he ate a cat treat.
On his third day as a cat, he saw the second cat Mu He had brought home and got angry.
Damn cat servant, you have another cat too?!
On the nth day as a cat, watching cats of every color rub themselves against Mu He, Gin the cat let out a cold meow and curled up in Mu He's arms.
Mine!
Note: For now, the cats are Gin and the Police Academy Group.
After turning into cats, everyone still has human thoughts, but their feline instincts affect them.
