Short version:
Saburo sets out to save Little Mitsu and the shogun at Honkokuji, but instead rescues Oda Nobunaga, who is trapped at Honnoji.
Since Nobunaga is Little Mitsu, in a way he didn't save the wrong person.
There might, maybe, possibly, perhaps be a lot of problems.
Anyway, they got everyone out, and that's what matters!

The Miyoshi Triumvirate takes advantage of the Kinai region's weak defenses and launches a surprise attack on the residence of the shogun, Ashikaga Yoshiaki.
Hearing the news in Gifu, Saburo leads his troops at a forced march to his rescue.
But an unexpected shift in time and space occurs along the way.
