I! Transmigrated to the Sixties and Became an Orphan!

Title: I! Transmigrated to the 1960s and Became an Orphan!

Li Man, an undercover criminal investigator from the 21st century, tragically dies while carrying out a mission. By chance, she binds to a criminal investigation System and transmigrates to the 1960s, where she becomes an orphan.

Thanks to her late father's connections, Li Man is assigned to the West District Police Station in the capital. She becomes a records clerk, then is transferred to a post as a female police officer after helping solve a case. She goes on to crack major cases one after another, climbing the ranks until she becomes head of the Capital Public Security Bureau, the first woman to hold the position in the entire police system.

But, comrade, when you talk to me, could you not stand so close? We're in the middle of an investigation here!!!

As head of the West District Police Station, Zhou Chengguang is secretly a serious hand and voice fetishist, though no one knows it.

A new records clerk arrives, and everyone at the station says she is as beautiful as a fairy. Zhou Chengguang, however, only notices her hands and her voice.

On her first day, her soft, sweet voice strikes a chord in Zhou Chengguang, and from then on he can't take his eyes off her.

Li Man: I have my own home and car, a job I love, and fantastic benefits. What do I need a man for? Get lost! Don't even think about dragging me into a pit of misery!

Zhou Chengguang: ...Who put these ideas into my wife's head? This is making things so hard for me!

A few notes:

1. The story is inspired by the 1960s, but the setting is entirely fictional, with many original details. Please don't nitpick the historical accuracy.

2. The plot takes priority, with romance as a secondary element. The leads have a seven-year age gap and are each other's one and only. The female lead's golden finger is a criminal investigation System.

Theme: May everyone have food to eat, a home to live in, and someone to love them.
