He and His Original Sin

[Alternate-universe setting] [Alternate-universe setting] [Alternate-universe setting] Also known as: My Lovey-Dovey, Hell-Connected Couple * At first, there were only a few insignificant oddities. A cake on the stairs, a woman standing on the rooftop, and indistinct features in the mirror. Then they grew into eerie scenes that followed him like a shadow. A faceless old woman in red among the crowd, a seven-person dance troupe with grotesque poses in the street, and a heartbeat murmuring in his ear, fast and clear. These were the sequence of urban legends, errors that should not exist in this world. Wei Huai was a "Forgotten One" who wandered among them. He could not be recorded or remembered. The world had excluded him. But that guy said, "You're so beautiful," three times in a row the first time they met, giving him goosebumps all over. "You're so beautiful. Has anyone ever told you that?" "Can I know your name? I'm Fan Ya. We can keep in touch." "Are you single? Do you have a partner? A boyfriend or a girlfriend?" "When we get married, do you want a Western or Chinese wedding? Where should we have it, your place or mine?" Wei Huai: ? Are you a stalker? What is this, some deranged, pathetic pervert??? Help! What should you do if you meet a lunatic who insists on getting all over you? Asking urgently. As it turned out, this guy really did have a physical brain disorder. It was the first time Wei Huai had met someone so shameless. But the other man was strapped into a restraint garment in a psychiatric hospital, so he couldn't exactly pick a fight with a madman. Still, can someone explain how this lunatic managed to get involved in every single one of his missions? The first time, he whispered like a demon in Wei Huai's ear. The second time, he waited for Wei Huai to come running to the rescue. The third time... All right, no more pretending. This guy wasn't human either! - Fan Ya: "Good morning. The weather's nice today. Can we get married now?" Wei Huai: "Why don't you listen to what you're saying?" * [A story of a lovesick, cutesy (?), and grim, shadowy 0 falling in love and fighting each other] [The top isn't human. Seriously, he isn't human.] [My take on urban legends, drawing on some Backrooms and weirdcore elements.] Theme: Your very existence has meaning.
