What kind of entry-level employee has to deal with senior staff in almost every department? Why, a management trainee in logistics, of course. (An about-to-graduate intern smiles weakly.)
I can faintly hear the notifications for new messages on Line and WeChat. Must be my imagination... I hear the company is also bringing in Lark as a collaboration and communications tool. From what I can tell, it shows whether messages have been read. (Smile disappears.)
I accidentally dug up the Boss's secret Twitter account. It's all complaints about work. I suddenly feel like we're in the same boat. Get a grip, that's the big boss! How can someone at the top be compared to little nobodies like us?
The Cloud Department is the hardest to deal with. They attach the wrong receipts to their reimbursement forms every time. Attach the right invoices, please!
They're also the department with the most workplace injury claims! Every time, I have to carry a mountain of paperwork to the government office. The staff there all know me now. And witnesses to workplace injuries, please give proper testimony. Don't go talking about shootouts too!
Please, Mist Department, stop skipping work all the time! It's so hard to do the attendance records! I don't want to be the villain who docks your pay and writes you up! And stop using illusions to change contracts without reporting it. Last time, you changed the penalty payment into cutting off a finger, and nearly got the company sued!
The Gale Department is all right. It's just that the director's a little scary, so I don't dare talk to him. QAQ
But I hear the Varia are even... more... I hope I won't have to deal with them in my next assignment. >.<
I really do love the Rain Department most, sob sob sob sob sob.
But the Lightning Department's director shares snacks every time, which is great too. The best part is that we're the same age, so we have lots to talk about. He doesn't act like a boss at all. QvQ
Should I add subordinate casualty rates and office maintenance to the bosses' performance reviews? (I'm temporarily rotating through HR. The HR chief says to ask Finance, the Finance chief says to ask the Boss, and the Boss used his Saintly Smile skill on me and personally escorted me out of his office. So, should I assess them or not?!)
