Do I Have to Give You My Whole Self Just for Petting a Cat?

After graduating from college, Duan Anping moves in with a roommate. The landlord is the one who posted the rental listing, and his terms are simple but strict:

First, help take care of his cat, but don't touch it.

Second, don't enter his bedroom.
