Luo Luo was born color-blind, and the world he sees is black and white.
But that doesn't mean he doesn't love a world full of colors.
His friends talk about blue skies and white clouds, red flowers and green leaves. He has always longed for them too, hoping that one day the black-and-white world in his eyes will turn into a kaleidoscope of color.
Dr. Chen is an artist who paints the world in color. He wants to bring a vibrant world to the child God overlooked.
