A Huainan wild mare with a little cunning, but not much × a scheming young emperor who seems gentle but is ruthless inside
Yu Lingshuang went out one day and came back with a man. His face was as handsome as carved jade, his figure as straight as bamboo, and he was both strikingly beautiful and highly skilled in martial arts.
Yu Lingshuang named him Qingchi.
He had lost his memories. After Yu Lingshuang saved his life, he devoted himself to her, putting her first in everything. He was the most loyal bodyguard, would never betray her, and worshipped her as if she were a goddess.
His only flaws were that he seemed to have no practical skills whatsoever and was especially clingy.

The young emperor had ascended the throne at an early age. Afterward, he indulged in excess and extravagance, and abused the people's labor.
Yu Lingshuang's father, the Prince of Huainan, had exhausted himself for the people of Huainan, shouldering the tyrant's many unreasonable and extravagant demands on his own. This earned him the emperor's displeasure, and an imperial edict was sent to the capital demanding that Yu Lingshuang's elder sister, who had only just become engaged, enter the palace as a consort.
Her sister's heart already belonged to someone else. Yu Lingshuang could not bear to see her suffer, but had no good plan and could not defy the tyrant's decree.
Qingchi pressed close to her and called her foolishly, "Youyou."
He said, "Youyou, why are you unhappy? Shall I kill the person who made you unhappy?"
Later, when the tyrant's carriage arrived in Huainan, Yu Lingshuang really did agree to let Qingchi kill him.
She made no arrangements for his escape.
Later still, Yu Lingshuang took her sister's place and entered the palace...
/Qingchi: I just want Youyou to be happy T^T
