[Haikyuu!!] An Orange-Flavored Summer

Inoue Yukie is a cool, refined, highly intelligent beauty.

At least, that's what Inoue Yukie thinks.

At least, that's what everyone who first meets her thinks, too.

But then an accident happens...

Sugawara Koshi: "Sorry, but I can't help laughing whenever I see this kid now."

Sawamura Daichi: "Why does the volleyball club have another problem child?"

Azumane Asahi: "Inoue-san is unexpectedly funny."

Inoue Yukie: "Why do I keep feeling like someone's laughing at me?"

Hinata Shoyo: "Yukie! Yukie! Join the volleyball club!"

Kageyama Tobio: "Please, Inoue-san, help us with the tosses!"

Everyone thinks Inoue Yukie indulges Hinata Shoyo too much. Only Yukie knows that she's the one being indulged in their relationship.

She first met Hinata Shoyo when she was nine. Thanks to someone's exceptional social skills, the two gradually became childhood friends. Yukie spent three years helping him with his tosses in middle school, and when she entered high school, she felt a sense of relief she hadn't felt in ages. But then the boy who'd only ever cared about volleyball suddenly confessed to her?!

Ever since she met him as a child, Inoue Yukie has known that she can't really refuse Hinata Shoyo. So passionate, so sincere, someone who has always inspired her. Fly bravely toward the sun, Shoyo.

The heroine has her flaws. She's a competitive pistol shooter. The story focuses on the daily lives of the students at Karasuno High and the everyday romance between childhood friends Inoue Yukie and Hinata Shoyo. Two little suns shine brightly on each other.

The pacing is slow. It takes time to go from falling in love to confessing, so please don't read if that's not for you.
