Blurb:
It all begins with a group of people with very different personalities having a dream...
"Ding-dong. All players in Group 287 have arrived. The game will begin in five minutes. Please get ready."
"Is this the power the world has given me? Then here I come!"
Those were the words of Mu Chensi, who thought he was still dreaming. Half-asleep and mumbling incoherently, he paid no attention to the System's prompt. After all, how could anyone who loved sleeping in listen to anything else, especially something as unfriendly as a countdown? So five minutes later, a bedhead in pajamas appeared on the playground of Biya Academy...
Guided by the principle that there is strength in numbers, Mu Chensi picked people up as he went. Don't leave a grubby little puppy by the roadside; give him a bath and he'll turn into a handsome, obedient young man. A childhood friend who embarrasses you in another world can still be useful; he can even teach everyone a thing or two. Keep the beautiful, short-tempered poison spider, too; you'll need him for fighting monsters, leveling up, and blowing things up. Bring along the kid who's one day short of adulthood; with that sweet smile, he can fool plenty of people. And don't leave behind the older, honest fellow; he's a first-rate driver and can take a beating...
First World: Escape the Academy
Mu Chensi, who had only just arrived and didn't know the ropes, was shoved into his role. He stared blankly when he realized he didn't even have a script, and had to guess at his character. He went from a self-reliant model young man to a timid top student anyone could bully. He thought he was in a coming-of-age school story, but in the middle of the night the whole thing took a sudden turn into a monster-chase survival story!
A vast school, a locked principal's office, a terrifying teachers' lounge, an abandoned, newly built building, and monsters howling everywhere and pouncing on anyone they saw.
Jiu: "Has the drug virus really evolved this much? Is this some kind of fantasy world?"
A-Si: "We made it here, so who cares if it's fantasy or not? Run!"
This world had finally gone completely off the rails...
