Moon Collision

Don't read this, it's awful! Trust me, babies!

Reunion after a long separation / Secret crush turns mutual / The aloof heartthrob comes down from his pedestal

A prickly, flirtatious wild rose × a cool, shy mimosa

Su Yi is an electronics display artist. She helps clients take apart their devices and turn them into framed artwork, preserving the memories attached to each product in a new way.

Business is slow, until one bitter winter day when she lands a major job. Her client turns out to be the top student she had a crush on in high school, now a rising star in mechanical engineering who specializes in dismantling mechanical and electronic devices.

On the day they meet again, he stands beneath a streetlamp. Light filters through the mottled tree shadows and falls across his face, outlining his deep, clear features. Snow crunches beneath his feet as he walks toward her.

The cold wind carries snowflakes, and Su Yi is inexplicably reminded of that day.

She stood behind a sea of people, gazing at Shen Weiliang, dazzling beneath the bright lights at the oath-taking ceremony.

The young man stood beneath the national flag, his features cool and elegant, wrapped in a golden glow, like a brilliant moon in the heavens.

Back then, both of Su Yi's parents were dead, and her grades had plummeted.

She stood in the cold damp shadows, looking up at a moon that could never belong to her.

Su Yi carefully concealed her feelings and did her job diligently. She thought that once their work together was finished, they would go their separate ways and never meet again.

But one day, in the dim light, she saw the usually cool and gentle man tighten his arms around her waist, his expression stern and serious, though the tips of his ears were burning red.

His low, husky voice sounded beside her ear as he quietly asked, "Could you stay tonight?"

Everyone knew Shen Weiliang was as cool and distant as the moon hanging in the sky. Only Su Yi knew that in a crowded sea of people, he would also cradle her face reverently and kiss her with burning passion.
