In the Heavenly Palace Dystopia

A work of realist fantasy.

I chose this title because Utopia sounds lovely when spoken aloud. The style is a Renaissance of old-school Mary Sue fantasy, with a harmonious heavenly palace and a tame level of intensity. Don't get your hopes up.

The story unfolds like this: The God of War of the Ninth Heaven is "forced" to take a female protagonist as his disciple because his disciple Tao Ran has committed an unforgivable crime. In public, he has no choice but to make amends on his disciple's behalf and take the heroine in. Everyone in the heavenly palace knows about it, and they all agree that Tao Ran can't control himself but is a good young man, while the heroine is a victim but also a scheming woman...

Theme: Everyone can be the protagonist of their own world
