Wang Lubei had tried to commit suicide many times, but he just couldn't die. Some unseen supernatural force kept stopping him. He went to a temple to pray, begging Heaven to let him die in peace, and happened to meet a wise man who offered him some advice:
Only by fulfilling the wish he buried beneath the temple's bodhi tree ten years ago could he finally end his life as he wished.
But when he dug up that wish list, he discovered that his sixteen-year-old self had written down a lot of impossible tasks.
