When Yu Taixuan first met Deng Chi, she was dressed in combat gear and lying on an abandoned mine on a trash planet, her whole body covered in blood and mine dust.

Deng Chi had twelve guards with him. Looking at Yu Taixuan, who was barely clinging to life, he had a delicate, innocent appearance, but his eyes were cold and merciless.

"If I save you, how will you repay me?" he asked.

Yu Taixuan's starry eyes settled on his face. Her answer came smoothly: "Of course, I'll be your personal guard and protect you, beautiful one."

So Deng Chi saved her, and once she recovered, Yu Taixuan became his thirteenth guard.

Deng Chi was as beautiful as a fresh lotus, radiant and dewy, the most beautiful person in the Federation.

He was the illegitimate son of the Speaker of the Federation's Capital Star. After the Speaker's legitimate eldest son seized power, he used assassins from Death Star to slaughter Deng Chi's entire family.

Deng Chi was the only survivor, and his pursuers came one after another.

The thirteen guards at his side died in succession. In the end, Yu Taixuan was the only one left.

The Empire's strongest war god, Yu Taixuan, tore it to shreds.

The bloody wound in her palm was shocking to behold. Gazing at the elegant lotus flowers in the garden, she said to the envoy:

"I've heard the young master of the Deng family in the Federation is famed as a flawless jade. If the Federation sends him here for a political marriage, perhaps he alone could turn back an army..."
